The Islay ferry operated by Caledonian Macbrayne travels from Kennacraig, just south of Tarbert Loch Fyne across to Port Ellen on Islay. The larger ferry is in operation carrying vehicles and passengers to one of Scotland's most popular islands famous of course for Islay Whisky around the world.
